I am not a police officer or a ETM but if all that’s going on in my front yard, I’m going outside and see what’s happening

Nick made a great point. She would've spoke out the NEXT DAY and said, "That's! What I saw".

She is lying, because she never mentioned that to anyone until today

These people are lying their asses off to protect their friends. Most couldn’t remember any times. After all this time this girl comes out with this story & never told anyone, liar! My big question is why did they get rid of the dog & sell the house. Looks as tough John was attacked by a dog those marks on his arm is not from getting hit by a car. I’m not buying it!

She is lying about that because she had nine months to talk to people to get her story straight. I don’t buy her testimony at all.

I'm a retired Law Enforcement Officer and none of this case, so far as shown any guilt of Karen Read. The only thing that the Prosecutor jas tried to establish is that no one of the witnesses could have done this horrific murder. She testified today that the first time that she said she viewed the "black blob" was 5 to 6 feet long black object. The first and only time she reports the "length" was admitted upon "her recollection with Lally, DA, hours before her testimony today. Hey Vinnie, drunk admitted partier, is Nagel's testimony, and I believe you need to rewind from before this case even went to trial with Attorney Melanie Little, who has followed this case from the beginning! Please do not be fooled. There was never a black blob, Officer John O'Keef was always seen in a blue and white sweatshirt, no jacket and white tennis shoes. Not a black pair of shoes, no puffy jacket...until JO'keefes body was discovered by EMS. She stated that she could still see parts of the yard as still having grass and pavement still visible. Remember, Brian Higgins was parked in front of the mailbox when supposedly Karen Read supposedly arriving, driving forward, never backing up, leaving John O'Keef to enter 34 Fairview Drive. Common sense screams incredigulity!!!

Omg she is such a liar lol this has become a joke. No one believes her. So only 1 drunk person saw the black blob but no one sober 👀👀

Unbelievable, not once did she ever say that.

The defense isn't saying it was a hit, they aren't claiming to know exactly what happened or how it happened, or that it was set up at the bar. They are simply saying that Karen didn't kill him, that his injuries are not injuries from a hit and run accident, that they look more like they are injuries from a beating or an ambush. I think they invited them over not to beat him up, or kill him, just to party, and that maybe Higgins did want to let him know about what happened with Karen and that it turned into a fight and got out of hand. Regardless of what happened I think most people have to agree that a hit and run makes no sense, his injuries are more consistent with a fight, and that there are far too many coincidences. To say that conspiracies and cover ups never happen, especially in families, law enforcement or small towns is insane. Another thing to remember is that the defense doesn't have the burden to prove Karen's innocence or prove what happened inside that house, only to create reasonable doubt which I think they are doing pretty good at proving, especially so far in the beginning of the state's case.

I think it was a terrible accident, but no one wants to fess up to it ... The only person I feel sorry for is Officer John O'Keefe. RIP young man! 🌻

I do not believe (for a Boston minute) that this girls testimony is honest and truthful.
She never said anything prior to today, that moment.

I believe that the prosecution needs to have someone say "I saw him right after midnight"

I absolutely think she is just another liar coming out of that house.

The injuries on the victim's body are not consistent with being hit by a car.

Vinnie, not sure if you’re just trying to be dramatic for ratings, but I struggle to see how you can think Julie Nagle’s “black blob” testimony is so impactful. She admitted she was drunk. She couldn’t even remember if she brought her own beer to the house that night! Furthermore, she admitted in cross that she is quite tight auntie JJ… the same woman who asked Julie for a screenshot of her text exchange with Ryan. Julie also dramatically embellished her version of what she saw that night over and above what she originally said in her “interview” with Proctor 8 months after the fact. Her testimony is about as worthless as it comes.

Tristan was lying today also, he was told to say that. It is so obvious.

Yeah the same witness who also testified that she doesn't recall ever being in JJ's house and then we find out she babysat and dog sat for them and clearly was in their house. Not a credible witness whatsoever, something's not right with this witness, she lies under oath and should be charged with perjury as soon as the system allows, I hope the jury is listening..
