I'm using my own photos and sharing with you how each of these extensions work in real time. We are testing out HDR Merge, Focus stacking, Upscale, Supersharp AI, Magic Light, Background Removal and Noiseless AI all with a couple of different photo examples. I tried using Luminar Neo recently and I honestly was super disappointed with the software. The program runs sooo slowly on my laptop. I would make one adjustment and then have to wait a full minute or two for the change to take effect. It took me about an hour to do some basic edits on one photo. I'm able to run Lightroom on the same laptop and it doesn't lag at all. There is just something about Luminar Neo that really bogs down the whole system. I hope they are able to do something about that or else the software is just useless to me. Lightroom has some of the same features now too by the way.

I am really confused about this Background Removal extension. Luminar Neo already has background removal (came with an update shortly after release) so what [extra] does this extension do?

I have Luminar Neo, and one thing that frustrates me the most is how resource hungry it is on your system. My Intel iMac on 8GB is sweating blood after 10-15mins of usage 😅

Great video, thanks for sharing content like this. What are the specs on your computer? Did you accelerate the processing times for this video? For example, supersharp was done in a few seconds, is that for real? I have a 12th generation i7 and it takes several minutes for supersharp.
