Exactly!!! I spend less than the national average on food every week doing carnivore. It's NOT expensive, people just fail to remove all the other unhealthy crap they buy from the equation when they say "meat is expensive".

You eat only twice a day on this diet. What is expensive is being in poor health.

Whether it cost a little more or a little less is nothing compared to how quick, simple and easy my meal preparation has become. Also procuring my weekly food supply has become much easier.

When you stop buying garbage food, it’s not expensive. I eat ribeye, chuck eye, NY strips etc every day and I am just an average Joe. I do supplement with occasional lamb, seafood, cheese, fatty pork and chicken.

With meat only, the eat less move more myth can actually become a reality.

I used to think the same way too! Cutting out the grains, sugars, all the junk food that was really the culprit! In November, it’s going to be 3 years on Keto Carnivore! At 66, never felt better in my life! ❤

After cooking meat and poultry, I collect the bones in a container and freeze them to make bone broth. Yesterday, I made a gallon of bone broth in my slow cooker. It's less expensive than buying broth at the store.

I'll be making egg drop soup.

Even at work i hit the local mediocre grocer for a decent $10/lbs grass fed steak, pop it in the air fryer and i only paid $7.
And it's delicious, keeps me satiated for four hours.
Meanwhile my coworkers go spend $17 for fast food that'll make them hungry in an hour, when they'll gorge on candy/snacks continuously to tide them over.

Truth! Plus you’re saving money on healthcare because you will actually BE healthy! In addition, even if it is more expensive in certain instances it’s worth it because we are investing in our health and quality of life! ☀️💪🏽😁🤙🏽🥩

Nah, I spend at least $200 less a month on carnivore. 😊 Now I can afford the best pastured eggs and grassfed beef.

I live in Bulgaria (a European Union country in the Balkans) and just started my Carnivore journey.

Here are some approximate prices.

I have converted to US units

Free Range Farm Eggs L to XL size 40-45 cents an egg

Farm / Grass Fed / Grass Finished Beef Chuck 8.70$/pound

Regular Beef Mince 5.00$/pound

Pork Neck Steak (a naturally fatty cut that is the best from the pig) 5.00$/pound

Good quality bone in skin on chicken legs (the thigh and the drumstick) 3.30$/pound

Boneless chicken thighs 3.90$/pound

A stick of butter 1.70$ (Butter is usually sold in packages of 250 grams which is 2 US sticks so double the price for the in store price)

Bulgarian White Cheese (similar to Feta) 7.70$ per pound

Domino’s Medium Pizza 9$-11$ without the delivery fee.

A meal in McDonald’s - minimum 10$ if you want to be full

A Starbucks drink 5$-8$

A piece of Starbucks cheesecake 5$-6$

Not spending more money compared to when I was eating unhealthy.

Maybe spending less.

When you eat real, nutritious food you don’t need to eat huge quantities.

People forget to take out the cost of all the crap they currently buy.

I spent about $150 to get gear to manually make espresso. Tried it for the first time yesterday, and I'm glad because it was terrific. That and some good ground beef patties, maybe an egg with it. Mmmmm. I'm set.

Only have had Starbucks a few times and the price was way too much for one cup. You can make several cups at home for way less.
I have been on ketovore\carnivore for three years now and it's increased my health and well-being immensely.
Post surgery it is helping the body heal quicker than usual, which is a massive plus!

BS. I buy whole chuck rolls at Costco for about $4/lb. I raise my own chickens. I buy bulk hamburger, butter and Pork Belly to make my own bacon at Costco and Sams. All-in-all I spend maybe $500-$600 a month and eat like a king. I just spent $200 eating out on hamburgers with the family and they messed up my order (how hard is it to add bacon). I think people got it wrong, what is expensive is the excuses and it's costing you your life.

For a whole grassfed cow in my area processed and wrapped is $3, 000. It lasts me a year. I got 25 free range chickens for eggs that i spend $500 bucks a year on. So less than 10 bucks a day, I eat real food amd dropped 35 lbs in months. No more shit in a box "food" ever again!
