Lot of common sense in body building for sure. Been training hard for couple of years going to go on a mini cut, my calorie intake now is slightly higher as my physique is slightly bigger, would you say to keep calories the same and add some cardio Jonathan or to reduce calories slightly as well?

Would going for walks regularly count as an activity increase? I’m currently at home and not that active so even going for a long walk drains me. I’m maintaining a calorie deficit already.

If you go to the gym or work out regularly. You may have a pre work out mix.

Which generally has a decent amount of caffeine.

Maybe im making it sound too simple. But its a problem of what you are consuming that is half the battle?

Sweeteners cause the blood to produce more insulin; when blood sugar levels are low,  hypoglycemia and increased food intake take place,  leading to overweight and obesity. This is my only issue.

Dont eat shit food, cut out sugar, if you going to eat bread dont eat potato or reverse. Its simple and anything else is just an excuse.
