I started exclusively running electrician with amateur mechanic.. take out few headlights and you can hotwire cars and you don't have to worry about dismantling a single watch.

Lvl 1 electrical is really all you need, which isn't much of a challenge if you keep dismantling digital watches.
The generator magazine can be tricky to find sometimes though, but I can't justify picking electrician just for that.
