OUTSTANDING, simply outstanding!!!! I'm 62, 63 in April, both hips replaced, osteoarthritis, herniated disc in low back, and overweight! I have high blood pressure and diabetic. I started doing Tai Chi for arthritis and fall prevention, through the Ulster Co. (NY) Office for the aging Spring of 2020. I feel 100% better by doing this program, and I practice at least 1 hour everyday. Mentally, physically, and overall well being!!! Ron Higgins Sr. Kingston, NY

Good evening, I want to thank you for all this valuable information about Tai Chi. I have found a master who can instruct me. I have never in my life felt such a need to practice this form of sport. I already notice that it works for me and that I also have the need to develop myself in it. So thank you very much for taking the time to provide the information and insight.
