This is a hypnotherapy session to help you feel safe in situations which cause you anxiety or stress. It is useful for social anxiety or agoraphobia or any stressful situation.

As well as helping you feel safe, this session is about motivation. It helps you to become more motivated to do things you want to do, but you avoid doing. And perhaps you avoid doing them because they cause you discomfort or some sort of negative feelings. This session will help you take steps that will push your personal boundaries, while feeling safe inside. So, it can help you to achieve what you set out to do.

It does take repeated listening to this session to condition these positive effects. And the more you practise listening to this session, the more benefit you will get from it.

Because we are all different, you might find one of the other versions of this session works better for you.

just listened to this and have a thrill in my stomach. listened to others but I struggle because I can't remember v happy times or feeling what it feels like to be relaxed and confident. I'm in my sixties but so much has happened in my life I wake with anxiety in my stomach and have become withdrawn, which depresses me. I feel I'm treading water because I've limited myself so much through experiences. Suddenly I feel excited and hopeful. I do hope it works. thank you

Yes, listening to it before sleep is a good time to absorb some of the positive suggestions in this session. There will still be some benefit from it as your sub conscious or unconscious mind will still absorb some of the positive suggestions while you slip into sleep, and also to a degree, while you sleep.

Didn't realize it's part of a series. Going to start at part one next time. Although I talk people's heads off I find it a strain even going to church. Scared of driving far, have a party in a couple of days and am dreading it. I was confident, outgoing and bubbly once . Can't remember how it felt though. It was nearly thirty years ago.

Thank you for that :) I am really glad you are developing a skill at "letting go". It is one of the core skills for being happy, and getting on in life, and also in finding inner peace. There is no one way of being at peace. At some point I would like to do a course which combines a therapy type approach of being free from negative and combine this with an ongoing personal development approach. Such a course may help on your path to finding inner peace.

I have been listening to your downloads for the last nine months and find them the best on here. I listen to your insomnia one during the day and all night on and off. Would you be able to maybe do one for acute panic disorder and make it a little longer as I would be very grateful. Thanks again.

I am definitely going to do a stop smoking series of sessions. It has been top of my list for over a year now. I just need some time to put it together well. I am going to start with a session/techniques to get rid of cigarette cravings. I'll post it here and on the website when I have done it.

Finally I was a ble to finish this session. I tried about 5x before and fell asleep...still felt good. I was like, I hope my subconscious mind get it! But I find it more relaxing when I kept myself awake and listening to each and every word.

This is one of my favorite guided hypnotherapy audios that I listen to. It helps me relax a lot. Would you consider making one geared towards health anxiety? I have a severe problem with that and am in a support group where many others suffer from it as well! Thanks so much for this.
