Dr. Saunders, do you think a lot of us are experiencing vertigo right now because of all these energetic shifts happening on the planet and the portals that are open? And thank you so much for the great advice you give us as always!

Thanks for sharing this Dr. Saunders. What are your thoughts on a Wedge Pillow where the head and neck are at a 45 degree angle like this symbol... \ like a right triangle shaped pillow. It's different than a cervical pillow that has a raised bump like the end of a rolled up towel. Doesn't this type of pillow put the neck in a weird position? I purchased a wedge pillow to among other qualities lessen intra ocular pressure and to help with circulation. But you don't think it can hurt the neck?

Treadmills are a no-go for me they make me dizzy when I get off and have to awkwardly hang on to the side of the Treadmill for about 30 seconds.

20 years of vertigo gone like that. Even worked for two of my friends.

I just suffered from my first episode this past weekend and since I have been back to regular activity however I am nervous to sleep normally. I use 3/4 pillows which is uncomfortable. How should I be sleeping moving forward? It’s been 5 days since the episode. Thanks!
