Millions of innocent lives are suffering from Russia's invasion of Ukraine, including children.

About 109 children have reportedly been killed so far in Russia's deadly invasion.

But that number only represents fatalities confirmed by Ukrainian officials, with the true death toll likely far higher.

Meanwhile, those who have managed to flee war are still struggling.

Mike Drolet reports on the hardships the youngest Ukrainian refugees face, and how their resilience is also inspiring hope.

Last night I dreamt of a woman in Ukraine who lost her family in the Russian war.
She was standing outside huge rubble of her destroyed home and through tears, started to curse and swore with all her broken heart.
Her Russian and Ukrainian family ranges from her grandparents to her grand daughter: their burnt broken bodies broken covered by debris and cloths.
She prayed to her gods and swore to put curses on the Russian military. That the earth and seas will swallow all Russian military outposts and weapons depot.
Cursed that All soldiers and generals of the world who have evil hearts supporting the unjust war against Ukraine will die horrible painful deaths.
Cursed that Putin and his rich friends will have 1, 000.nightmares and be humiliated for the rest of his life. Their riches paying for Ukraine’s restoration and.become strong again.
She prayed that Russia and Ukraine will be free from corruption and tyranny. Peace will be possible when good hearted people help rule the governments. Her family will Not die in vain. Her broken hearted curses will never die for as long as her spirit is alive. She swore that she Will see this all this happen before she dies.
