I was born in Romania. Economy worked quite the same as in Russia in 70-'s, 80's. Once our geographic teacher ( who got balls) in 80's explained to us how comunist economy works. The farmer got 4 new piglets. He reported to townhall. Townhall reported to regional agricultural byrocrats "we got 5 new piglets", then so on...Bucharest got the message ' 6 new piglets'... Ceaușescu said : ok, we export 4 piglets, and keep the 2. That's why comunist ( or autocratic) countries starve. Nothing left for population because of lies, corruption. Russia will now go back to 1990 crisis.
