How to manage your breathing to reduce stress. Now you have warmed up, gather your materials and take a comfortable seat. In this activity, you'll be guided through drawing your breath; try to concentrate on the activity, and if you find yourself drifting use your breath to pull yourself back.

In support of the recovery curriculum, the Creative Mindfulness series has been designed as a school resource to help students relax, recuperate, and refocus in class, as well as to inspire creativity. We encourage teachers to use these videos in the classroom as a lesson starter for any subject, to begin or end the day, or as a creative prompt for art lessons. Each of the 7 activities have been broken down into step by step chapters you can join in with. The resources are suitable for KS3 students, but students and adults of all ages can use these resources to find a moment of creative calm.
Videos presented by artists Ted Rogers and Holly Hunter.
