2 questions:
- What dosage?
- Why would you want to increase your intracellular NAD levels?

Thank you so much Bryan. I have been able to incorporate parts of Blueprint into my schedule. I will order some of this as well. Thank you so much for all of your work and sacrifice! You are really appreciated.

Can you please make a whole video to go in-depth about NAD boosters? @BryanJohnson

NR has been researched more and is slightly cheaper and more better tolerated by those who get sleep issues from NMM or palpation especially women are bit more sensitive to NMN.

I too asked this question of Bryan a few times; really glad he took the time to look at both of them. NR and NMN are the strongest items I think for antiaging in his whole protocal (besides fiber, exercise, and reduced oxidant damage of course)

I should add that in six months the amount of deep sleep I have has increased significantly and I now dream during naps. Never had this in 70 years and it is definitely due to NMN.

Thank you ❤! It’s so darn confusing and expensive. Thank for sharing the brands you used. It really bothers me that David Sinclair never shares the brand he uses, which true results vary greatly. 🙌🏻

Bryan, thank you for all your information. I was trying to follow a lot of blue print. I have been taking NR 300 mg for about a year now. I am 42 but now I have not been able to afford the supplements for a while. I see lots of things online about people who stop taking it and feel like they have ended up worse than before. Do you know any research that shows stopping taking after so long does any damage or will actually cause your body to produce less NAD on it's own than if never had supplemented?

I want to buy a longevity complex supplement (based on Dr Sinclair's research) for my two grandmothers, this was really helpful.

I was one of the people wondering this. Really appreciate this response!

I like to see a study on how NMN, resveratrol & TMG affect women in perimenopause, menopause and post menopause.

The worry is that these NAD boosting effects are transient in a a sense and homeostatic processes may bring these to baseline over time. This is why we need to consider more and look beyond point in time bio markers and be considering the pharmacokinetic effects. A logical next step here might be approaching the relationship between epigenetics and NAD levels. Thoughts?

Thank you so much this helps so much. Now I don't have to worry if they actually work or not

Thank you so much for this! Very useful to mention the brands and for how long you took them.
