Thank you for the video. I had to return the sonos ace headphones due to the fact that the audio swap function cannot be setup on Android devices. Could you please keep us updated on this issue? Thanks again for your time and expertise.

Hi all,
Does anyone else feel that the vocals of the Arc can be slightly left-sided? I know the centre tweeter is slightly to the left. It's noticeable and frustrating. Changing the settings and re-doing Truplay doesn't help much. Thanks.

Not checked but is "About my system" "Audio in" information back or is that still missing, minor but I liked to occasionally check I was getting the full fat version of Atmos on my 4k discs "True HD"

Surround distance is available with TruePlay engaged. I kind of like this, as I use the 10 ft plus setting (even though I'm only a couple of feet from the surrounds), and I get a lot more detail and volume in the surrounds. I jack my bass, surround and height settings (Atmos is a joke with only up firing drivers, I'll never understand all the hype around this) and am not looking for "creator's intent"; I go for listener's pleasure, lol. Still no artwork in the main S2 play window, with TV source.

I'm currently selling all my Sonos devices because I've had enough of the chaotic app. Half of the Sonos devices have already been sold on eBay

Peter thanks for your Sonos videos. I loved the Sonos experience at first. With the Ace headphones and new app update things have become very frustrating. I had an issue with the headphones syncing to various devices even outside of the app. It got so bad I sent the cans back. I liked them but will wait until they get things straightened out. I am on hold with buying any more Sonos equipment until they fix their problems. I am going back to my Bose NC700 for now. I was frustrated with the Bose cans especially with them dropping their connection from time to time while flying. They are several years old so I’m stuck with them. I’m not going to pay for another pair of cans that have more problems. Come on Sonos get your act together!

I can tune with TruePlay but I cannot hear any difference either it is on or off. In the past, Trueplay enhances the sound. My setup has not changed, just the APP is updated. Anyone has that issue?

After spending a lot of time building playlists in the previous app, I can no longer add new tracks to playlists since the "upgrade". Is there a way to do this?

Do you think that Sonos will ever allow dedicated front L/R and over head speakers to join my Arc?

Would love to hang up 2 era 100 on my sealing and add 2 sonos 5 as front Left and Right. It would create an easy way to get people to buy more speakers 💪🏼 for me personally the arc is not good enough. 😢

I can no longer play a playlist on the Sonos App. I spent a ton to keep upgrading speakers so they work. I spend 25 minutes in queue to talk to support and find out Playlists are no longer supported.
The point of a Sonos HiFi is to play your music.
Time to sell the system and find a new eco system. Looking for suggesting on what to buy now.

The app has 1.1 stars in the Android Play Store and rightly so. If what you've reported is correct, I've no idea how it's maintained over four stars on the iOS App Store.

I have had problems maintaining the room I have assigned my Sonos speaker to. Several times the app has removed the name of my room and only indicated the name of speakers. Then I can add the room again. I have been in contact with Sonos and will have to get hold of them again, as the last measure did not help. It's a minor bug annoying. my app is updated to the latest version.

i had to change my network router and have had an absolute nightmare re connecting my Sonos systems with the new app, it would find the item and then add it to the app and say it was successful, it would then disappear and the app would say no connection! It took me about five hours to get them all set up. since doing Trueplay my home cinema sounds different as well.
or maybe i have lost it !😷

I'm not hearing anywhere anything about international radio listening . Apparently that's a TuneIn thing and a court case. How should we listen to radio now ??
