Try splitting your golf pre-shot routine in two. The first box is the decision box and the second box is the hitting box. Make sure that once you step into the hitting box you are no longer making any decisions such as club selection, shot selection, target line, wind and lie conditions, etc. Those decisions should happen in the decision box.
