8.8 oz (250 g) sweet potato peeled and cooked
1/3 cup (105 g) maple syrup or liquid sweetener of choice
7 small (50 g) dates pitted
1 1/3 cups (320 ml) canned coconut milk full fat
4 tbsp (24 g) cacao powder or cocoa powder
1 tbsp vanilla extract
1/2 tsp instant coffee optional
Pinch of sea salt

Once I ran out of coconut milk but had a packet of dried coconut flakes, I added water and blended, it came out as the creamiest milk, then I thought, that's a whole food, and this cost much less than coconut milk. Great Recipe and ALWAYS there are great ideas to expand this on your web page. Thank you very much.

I just made this and OMYGOODNESS ~ super creamy, thick and delicious! It almost reminded me of a creamy chocolate frosting for cake. I used Pumpkin in a can, a small Sweet Potato that was left over and canned Coconut Milk. Who knew this can turn into Ice Cream?? (Well, you did 😉)
