I could never make frozen desserts in my Vitamix. They always came out either soupy or slushy, never like ice cream. I gave up and didn’t touch my Vitamix for two years but I recently pulled it out again and decided I’d start at least using it for smoothies and soups.

@lifeisnoyoke Is it ok if the vitamix stops blending? It happened while doing the vanilla freeze recipe from the vitamix site. Is it maybe not enough liquid so the blades can't move? I turned it off and started again. I don't want to break, just got it. What do you recommend?
