Using only 3 ingredients including coconut cream as the base, this chocolate ice cream is a great alternative for those of you looking for a cold and creamy treat, but would rather avoid the traditional dairy version. The result is just as decadent-tasting as the real thing, but lighter on your digestion.

You don’t even need an ice cream maker to prepare it!

500ml Coconut Cream (chilled)
1/4 cup Cocoa Powder
2-3 tbsp Sugar or Honey

You should mix the coconut condensed milk mixture in the cream. To get better texture and it will stay cold outside longer not runny. *vanila essence helps as well. Don't forget to add choc chips and variety of nuts.

You need to add a pinch or two of sea salt to bring out the flavor of the chocolate. All desserts, candies, ice creams contain salt. Chocolate candy without salt would tast like chocolate sugar.

It’s my first time making this. The first recipe I tried didn’t work at all so I was frantic and then found this one. It’s in the freezer now. I chose to add chopped Reese’s Cups and chopped gluten free Oreos to spruce it up. Hope it turns out as well as the video!
