Karen Read Jury Divided on Verdict Again

During their 5th day of deliberations, the jury sent another note to the judge saying "we find ourselves deeply divided" again. Judge Cannone gave the Tuey-Rodriguez instruction, urging the jurors to come to a verdict in the Killer or Cover-Up Murder Trial.

I think the Judge needs to accept the fact they cannot agree. They should not feel pressured to cave in to a verdict for the sake of a verdict. If they are split, they are split. Period.

How many times are they going to ignore the jury’s decision? At this point I would be seriously angry with the judge for not taking us seriously. I’m angry for the jury.

I completely blame the judge-she set the tone for this whole trial. With her sighs, battling every defense move, and her bias. Now she is abusing the jurors. Unbelievable.
