Day 1: 5, 1 was practic though.
Day 2: 6
Day 3: rest
Day 4: 5 damit
Day 5: 7
Day 6-15: didn't exercise much
Day 16: 5
Day 17: 6
Day 18: 7 we getting there baby
Day 19: I don't know what Demon got into me but i successfully Did 10
Day 20: My hand and leg hurt but i feel stronger.💪

Note: I've gained a 4 pounds. This exercise is not a calorie burner but you might gain a few pounds. Also i added pull-ups after otherwise it felt lacking.

This is one of the things I want to be able to do once I get in shape. For now, your videos have gotten me closer to being able to do standard push ups. Thanks for the information and motivation 💪
