A random video on loose skin popped up on my feed this morning (London 🇬🇧 time) and I’ve gone down the rabbit hole of watching non-stop vids for last 1 1/2hours. They all say very similar blah blah blah yawn blah blah blah BUT you’re the FIRST person / video that mentions the rate of weight loss being a factor to consider in preventing loose skin and to slow down the weight / fat loss per week. I wholly agree with you 100% as that slow down gives your skin the time to heal and tighten and benefit from the exercise and better nutrition the person will be ingesting. I salute you Sir for imparting sound knowledge on the masses. I hope your video and channel go viral.
