They took it out don’t go back unless insurance is paying for it. The follow up is just for them to change the dressing for 200$

Back where I am from, we get tagged by thorns all the time and some are so small and fine you can see or even pluck out, those we just leave alone and move on. The big one are either cut out using a knife or a needle.
