Doesn’t have a will or trust it goes to probate . Daughter saying his wife transferred all the funds the day after her fathers death in a manner that the defendant was being shady, but daughter was trying to do the same thing right after her fathers death, as she testified here and now. Kinda makes her just as shady as well?

Without a will, it goes to the wife if legally married. It's the father's irresponsibility to not make a will that caused the problems.
