If I were being wrongly accused of theft, I'd bring all my evidence. The defendant knows she did wrong

The plaintiff’s face crumbling at 0:16 when he discussed the miserable end to his wife’s life is heartbreaking.

I don't know whether to come to the comments first or watch the clips. JJ support group is now in session, 🤣

So far the biggest lie the defendant told is when she said she understood.

Of course she wasn't going to bring evidence that would go against her case, she fraudulently withdrew money out of her Moms accounts and got caught red handed...The funny thing is her accomplice came to court with her and admit (She was there when it happened) LAMOOOO

This is one of those cases where you know the defendant is guilty before a word is uttered.

My step father passed to colon cancer, and my mother took care of him the entire time and it was absolutely horrible. They were married since I was a toddler. You dont realize what all goes into taking care of a terminally ill person for half a year until you have been through it, it is scarring for so many reasons. His two sons were upset because they felt they didnt get enough (they got plenty), even though they only ever called when they wanted something from him, even when he was dying. One of them even stole from him multiple times, neither came to help take care of him at all. Its easy to sympathize with the child because a step parent gets the money when they pass, but you dont always know the whole story.

Not going to lie, that “Um, yes, uh” that she responded to JJ w at 1:27 was actually pretty slick. LOL

One day... One day, I would love to see the litigants actually have all the paperwork completely.

My brother did the same thing when my mother passed, he took $50, 000 that was meant for her rehab (my grandma gave her money for rehab but she passed before she was able to go)

She really tried sweeping under the carpet that she didn't have evidence for payment on death at 1:27 😂😂😂

Sadly, some people think that when a loved one dies, it's _finders keepers, losers weepers_ when it comes to the deceased's property, money, stocks/bonds, etc. This sucks because unless the other family members have the time and/or money to take them to court, they end up getting off scot-free.

What's sickening in all of these cases the people die and their familes go for safe and bank accounts immediately where is the mourning

I always chuckle a little bit at these cases, but I straight-up snort-laughed when Judge Judy asks, “Where did you think you were coming today” and the defendant just stares point blank and say “Hm. Yes.”
