commands i use here :
bootrec /fixmbr
bootrec /fixboot
bootsect /nt60 sys
bootrec /rebuildbcd

commands i use in method 3 :
diskpart
list disk
select disk 0
online disk
exit

Another method used by one of the user-

After opening cmd select the disk on which your os is installed using "select disk disk number"
Then use "list partition"
Find the partition that has label ESP/EFI
(Usually of 100mb or 300mb)
* If labels are not visible just use "select partition x" then "detail partition" to view details of individual partitions and thier labels
Note down the letter (let's say It's "E:")
Select the partition which has the os c drive By using "select partition partition number of os drive"
Then
Use these commands in order
1. assign letter=Z
2. exit
3. bcdboot Z:\Windows /s E: /f UEFI
*Here "E:" is the partition with the ESP label

How I fixed my issue:
1. Booted into a fresh copy of windows using a pendrive (using Windows Media Creation Tool)
2. Went into the command prompt inside "Troubleshoot Windows" > diskpart
3. list disk > select disk <disk which contains windows eg. "1">
4. list vol > select vol <volume which contains no label/ltr eg. "1" (it is usually the volume occupying very less space)>
5. assign letter v > list vol (to verify if the volume contains the letter) and exit diskpart
6. bootsect /nt60 all /force
7. (!Very important step!) bcdboot c:\windows /s v: /f All (check all the volumes to find where windows folder exists. I had my windows in f:\windows)
8. bootrec /fixmbr
9. bootrec /fixboot
10. bootrec /RebuildBCD
11. Removed the pendrive and my windows booted to its previous state.

I was super stressed about this and spent nearly a day troubleshooting it. This happened after I tried updating to Windows 24H2 version.

As many others have found, most of the videos on this problem do not fix the issue. Your video covers the case where the fixboot command results in "Access Denied". The bootsect command was the big fix for me! You saved my hard drive. Many thanks!😊😊😊

Just cloned my ssd drive to ssd m.2 and got the code with the repair blue screen. Followed your tips - took pics of your steps to rebuild the bcd - shut down comp then restart and yay! Fixed! There ended up being 2 OS on the disc! Now to find out which is is the bad one and delete it!

In the Command Prompt, what fixed it for me was running the command "sfc /scannow" .non of the bootrec commands worked for me

There's one more method that you can try that worked for me.

After opening cmd select the disk on which your os is installed using "select disk <disk number>"

Then use "list partition"

Find the partition that has label ESP/EFI (Usually of 100mb or 300mb)

* If labels are not visible just use "select partition <x>" then "detail partition" to view details of individual partitions and thier labels

Note down the letter (let's say It's "E:")

Select the partition which has the os c drive
By using "select partition <partition number of os drive>"

Then

Use these commands in order

1. assign letter=Z
2. exit
3. bcdboot Z:\Windows /s E: /f UEFI

*Here "E:" is the partition with the ESP label

Ok so i think i should mention what worked for me, doing that restart over and over again presented another option on that bluescreen called restore another os or windows, and then it managed to repair it during the diagnosis and attemped, this was more effective than when inserting a usb, which tried the same thing, seems like its better when your working with the original os than the external usb, atleast for me
