Furnace Fan Won't Stop Running! Thermostat Off

Tenant complaint: Unit cools but fan never shuts off. Unit blew fuses, tenant replaced fuses, now cools again, but fan still never shuts off.

Can the fan relay reduce cooling ? I have a blower fan on constant and noticed a slight burning smell, like cutting on the heater for the first time of the season. The A condenser had some ice on it. And fan is still on. House is still warm.

yes sir if someone installed an blower motor backwards & hows dos an tech do that ? its so obvious on the blower housing where it came off lol but sure limits air flow
