Oh yeah! With the help from this video, a multimeter, and a couple taps from a pliers on my blower motor relay I was able to diagnose and get my furnace working again! Now time to replace the sticky relay so as not to have this problem again in the future. Thanks a ton for the informative video!

The plenum high temp sensor was my problem. I learned quite a bit from this video and it made my furnace fix a $20 job. Thank

Thanks for the video to tell me to check draft motor relay in my furnace which turned on all time. I also had to cut open the relay to repair it since I didn't have similar one in my tool box and ordering takes several days since holidays

Great, informative video. Always check for damage to the wire from the thermostat to the unit, especially if it is not run in conduit. I had the issue of a blower fan motor that ran continuously and found that the insulation on the thermostat wire was chewed off by a rodent leaving bare wires underneath the unit. I repaired the damaged section and installed conduit to fix the problem.

So I called in Brothers and they stated the blower motor is not turning off because the blower is bad. They recommended replacing the blower which is quite a lump sum. Should I get a second opinion?

I live in Canada and didn't pay my electricity bills for a few months but in my city instead of cutting ur power completely they put a limiter on it so that you still have heat in the winter months.. that's when my blower fan started running continuously now i got the limiter taken off and the power is all back to normal but the fan is still continuously running.. I know the thermostat is not causing the problem and my control board isn't flashing either but my furnace is alot different looking then the one on this video and I can't figure out the rest of the stuff your explaining... Any tips would be greatly greatly appreciated pls and thank you

I have an rv furnace that once the fuse is installed it starts, the fan comes on, the cycle starts and it will continuously heat regardless of the thermostat being on or off or even disconnected. I suspect the relay on the board is fused together. Whats your houghts

I've had a carrier furnace run the fan all the time. Everything was good to go, but even in just for the heat cycle, fan only operated and no heat. I removed the thermostat face plate and jumped R and W and heating operated. It was a bad thermostat. Replaced the thermostat and unit operated.

My blower motor fan doesn't run continuously, but for some reason it is cycling on/off while the air conditioner is running, every 5 mins or so. It's calling for cool, so gas never turns on during the cycling and the igniter never glows, but I know the induction fan shouldn't be turning on if the a/c is running. What do I need to check first? Control board has solid red light, not indicating anything is wrong. My thermastat is a simple $25 Honeywell (only a couple years old) (Goodman furnace, 1997)
