Hey. Just wanted to say. Mites from pets, bed isn't the same as the mites from face. And the goal here is not to get rid them. They are part of our skin and have benefits towards our skin. Issue only rises when they are exists abnormally huge in number. The goal here is to control not to have too many of them

Just regularly clean yourself to keep the load down…if you’re itchy or have inflammation dilute some MSM salt in water and spritz on your face (it’s amazing and instant) also you can use hypochlorite acid spray (won’t disrupt your natural flora helps bring it back into balance) peace and love to all my fellow human beings ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️

Yeah right. Been doing it for 6-8 months. Regularly washed with a soap containing tea tree oil for years. They laugh at tea tree oil.

And yeah I never had any of these issues before having a live in BF who was a scrub and lived with dogs his entire life- we had a frenchie who had lots of skin issues and after that (probably plus stress and covid) I have never been the same lol DIET has a lot to do too
