What brands of the low dose do you recommend so I may suggest to my doctor?

What did I just watch lol. Btw I got on the extra low dose because I gained weight on the usual dose and as soon as i stopped i lost the weight. Water retention or not gaining weight is not desirable and increases your BMI and i could not fit into my clothes.
