WEEKLY Meal Prep for OUR FAMiLY of 10 😉

So here is my weekly meal prep for our family plus friends. Like I said in the video, my son Gideon said that they needed more food that the bento boxes weren't enough and so I decided to make their favorite grilled, chicken salad sandwiches and then I made homemade Cheez-Its, which were a big hit last time I made them.
The chicken salad recipe is super easy:
4 to 8 pounds of grilled chicken breast, cut into chunks Red grapes cut in half
One stock of celery, cutting the small pieces 3 cups of mayo
2 tablespoons of Dijon mustard
Half a tablespoon of salt
Half a tablespoon of pepper
So you can adjust these measurements to what you like, you can add some celery seed if you'd like or deal that would be really good.
There's a lot of different ways to make chicken salad, but sometimes it's nice just to have it just simple and plain without all the extras.
You can even add eggs if you'd like to make an egg salad that would be really good
Homemade Cheez-It recipe :
One cup of all purpose, flour
One cup of shredded cheddar cheese
1/2 teaspoon of salt
1/4 cup of butter, cold, cubed
2 to 3 tablespoons of cold milk
Directions:
Add all your dry ingredients together and pulse in a food processor till it’s nice and crumbly then add your butter continue to pulse until mixed well. Then add your cold milk and pulse until it starts to form a little bit of a dough ball. 
Make sure when you roll them out you roll them out super super thin then cutting the squares put a hole into each square sprinkle with some more salt and you’re gonna bake those at 350 to 75° for about 10 to 12 minutes
If you’d like to add different kinds of cheeses or spices you can, you can add some garlic powder and onion powder or use Parmesan cheese or mozzarella cheese instead. The possibilities are endless. You can do whatever you’d like with it. Try adding a dash of red pepper flakes that’s really really good
