I had 3 interviews last week, they all went fantastic and each interviewer said they loved me and thought my answers/questions were excellent and outstanding and all said I would be an amazing fit, then yesterday I get a call saying they’re not selecting me lol. I don’t think they know what they’re lookin for.

UPDATE: I got accepted on the spot on my second interview, I been currently working for a month now and has been the best work experience I’ve ever had so far. Know their products. That was a constant thing they ask in an interview. The more products you know, the more they're interested in you.

I pretty much am not going to apply for the third time. It’s ridiculous. It’s a supermarket. I applied the first time I had two interviews was going well. Then I went in to get an update on what’s going on, they lost my application or misplaced it? I applied a second time and was put on the spot an instant interview and I guess she didn’t like what I said but I did not say anything negative and that was months ago. You don’t need 2 to 3 interviews to work for supermarket. I love them. I love what they stand for but come on man.
