Mine is in the shop now for this. At first they said it was normal sound of a eco motor. Well we also have a 2013 escape with eco and not hearing this sound? They finally listen to me after sharing info off of f150 forum with folks having similar issues that was corrected with this tsb fix. Thanks for sharing.

Sounds like my truck. Just had repaired.2014 F150 XLT with 17k miles. Trans lines were vibrating with loud noise like this. Separator Plate per TSB 14-0134 R and I. Part# CL3Z-7Z490-C. Plate A 763273. Running good so far. Now it seems to change gears a little sooner then before. Mine would only do this going from Drive to Park.

Great idea to make videos about noises. I hope you plan on recording all the available noises on cam sir.
This will help us "Ford owners" a lot.
Take care and happy new year.

Had this problem since my 2014 only had about 2k miles or so.  Mine only made the noise when driving as the tranny shifted, usually around 2, 000 rpms.  After the TSB was worked, it's quiet and no buzzing vibration anymore.  Mine never did this while sitting still.  So...it's not ONLY when you're sitting still shifting between gears.  It can and does happen to some people while driving.  Anyway....mine is fixed now, thanks to the discussion forums for pointing me to the right TSB.

I'm experiencing this issue now, as well as the 5-3 downshift "squawk" for TSB-14-0100. Mine is a 2014 F150 with 3.5 Eco and a build date of May 2014

Brian, My 2013 F150 is making a noise when shifting in gear or to park that sounds like low power steering fluid. Is that the same noise you have there? Mine started right after I changed out my trans cooling lines.
Thank you for all of you videos, you've helped me so many times..Thanks again

Awesome, I drive a Ford Transit Connect, I think its a 2006-07, but it has a rough shift from reverse to drive.

I get the same kind of grinding noise on reverse only if I'm going up a Hill in reverse or if I'm underload in reverse. Also, i have some loss of power when it happens. Please let me know what the situation was for this truck. Thanks

My 2014 mustang v6 does the same thing. It also seems to drive like it is towing a heavy trailer. I have smelt a burnt smell coming from the drive train. I don't think the service guy believes me. It only has 29k miles on it and I think the transmission should be replaced. When I went by ford service department in Cary the transmission tech is backed up due to many people having transmission problems. It is scheduled Monday to have the plate replaced under TSB-14-0134.

after looking around on my phone for a while now, I cannot find a single video from you that addresses any known issues with 2013 F150's with a 6.2L. I'm sure there is a video but I haven't found it. Any input Brian?

Old video, looking for a reply.

My F150 made that noise a few times but I think when the engine is warm it does this (although quietly) when shifting through gears on acceleration

Anyone get a diagnosis? Repair?

So is it something that should get fixed right away??? Will it be covered in the powertrain warranty??

This same noise has started in my 2012 F350 6.7, while coming to a stop, change from park to reverse then drive. Do they know the cause?

Hello sir,

I believe I have spoken to you regarding this issue before. I have a 2014 F150 and I get the exact same noise as described in the video. The last time it occurred was about a week ago. I pulled my truck into my shop at work to rotate the tires and as I was backing out, going from reverse to drive I heard this same noise. However, I don't hear this noise while shifting gears as often as I do while driving. I usually get a noise such as this from a complete stop to about 50 MPH under light acceleration. While driving, it is very consistent, I hear it everyday, although it has never caused any other problems. Do you think this problem I am experiencing could be related and corrected by the TSB described in this video?

                                                                          Thank You,

There may be a comment about this somewhere but I can't find it so sorry if i repeat. If anyone can help me, that would be awesome! Can this noise happen while driving? Mainly low speed at 3rd gear coming to a stop? Can it occur when going over a bump? during reverse? Those are the times when i hear this type of buzz/ vibrating noise and feel it under my feet. I have been scouring the internet trying to find an answer. Have checked all IWE and lines. Seems to be fine. Thanks for any help

A buddy of mines work truck does this and so does my 14 Ecoboost. Is this something that is going to cause failure right away or a turn the radio up kinda thing? Is this outside the DIY realm? Thanks...
