I have this problem and realized I am a codependent. I had a dysfunctional family growing up. So I am working on this. I have this perfection problem. I took courses on flipping houses and doing Short term rentals but I didn't move forward. I didn't try. I thought of developing glamping sites in mountains but didn't move forward. Fear keeps me from moving forward. So mental health is a must to move forward. I did invested in the stockmarket since dip in March 2020 with a 60% return. I an learning fear would have held me back.

Just today, I was sharing this realization with my daughter, saying I was going to stop worrying about who's doing what and how they are doing it. Me LIVING this lifestyle IS me "Doing It" daily.
