This is great! I have a foam roller collecting dust in the basement, so going to break it out tonight and follow this routine! My legs still haven't quite recovered from this weekends adventures! 😆🏃🏻‍♂️🌄 Thank you!

Nice routine! I've always said that plain running is not enough, you have to also strengthen yourself by doing exercises and then also loose your muscles by rolling them out. Thanks for the video! 👍
