Dry shampoo is a favourite of moms, midday yogis and camping enthusiasts but it's also at the core of a new approach called the No Poo movement. No, this is not for people who just don't like fibre; it's for people who just don't believe that your hair needs scalp-drying, chemical-laden liquid soap - and they prefer to skip the shampoo cycle.

Whether you're looking to join the No Poo gang or you just like to have an emergency solution for when your boss suddenly moves the big meeting to five minutes after the completion of your yoga class while you're in your yoga class - we've got you covered.

Kathrin Brunner from For the Love of Body is back to show us how to have fresh-out-of-the-shower looking hair in no time even when there aren't any showers for miles.

For this DIY project, you'll need to get your hands on some organic cornstarch or arrowroot powder and some powder clay (try bentonite or kaolin). Plus, you'll want something natural to help the dry shampoo match your hair colour - try cocoa, cinnamon, green or pink clay work really well. Other than that, a spice jar to store it in and an old make-up brush for application and you've got your portable hair salon.
