We moved from 33’ toy hauler pulled by an F350 to a 23’ Airstream International 23FBT pulled by an F150. Traveling with a very capable smaller rig is a joy. Sometimes less is more.

I think one thing that Airstream has going for it, is the lack of tech savvy features, at least on many models. Anyone who has owned an RV for more than 20 minutes knows it’s not a question of if it will break but when it will break. More motors more problems. At least in my opinion.

We are weekend warriors and love our 2021 33' classic. I am 6' 2" and have no problems with the shower or toilet in that model. It was the bathroom that sold us on the 33' floorplan. As far as washing it, I have learned to treat it like a car and washing it correctly. Using the 2 bucket method, using a lube when drying and all sorts of other tips. I found myself watching Pan The Organizer to learn how to properly clean a clear coated surface.

My first RV was a 25 ft Flying Cloud...I loved it!! If you're truly camping, you don't need a trailer/apartment....the only downside was the bed...it was a west/east queen...my husband, 6'4 slept on the outside...for me to get out, I had to sinch down...the shower had plenty of room..remember, this isn't a luxury multi million dollar absolutely loved ours.. I sold it, and am now looking for a 27ft twin bed AS...couples, you don't always have to sleep next to each other every night...you get more room and storage with a twin bed layout

Airstreams are great. I’ve owned one for 7 years and it’s the best I’ve had of 5 total RVs. Yeah they’re expensive but the structure is worth it

I’m 6-1 and considerably bigger and I love our 27 fb airstream.

We had never been in an airstream. Stopped by to take a look and was sold. We tried to look at other rv’s but kept going back to the airstream. I love the space without having to deal with a pullout. Yes the shell gives you pause….but decided we loved it enough to get one. ❤

Great video! Quality is my number 1 issue Other brands are so poorly made and declining

I'm terms of tech and space Your are living a minimalist life focusing on the outside

I'm a huge fan
Simple quality

Thank you for your video

I've owned 8 RVs. Everything from a pop-up to a $1 million class C. But the Airstream is the best built of all. And everyone leaked at one time or the another. I have had zero leak issues on the Airstream. And your incorrect. You can get an automatic leveling on a Airstream. I have one on my cloud.

Another great video!
We are almost 11 months fulltime in our 2011 27' FC. We just have the two of us and our Golden Retriever.
I agree, we love the simplicity, although there are times I would like it to be bigger! Maybe the 30' or 33'.
But, I love that it's paid for and basically has been trouble free.
We are in Colorado at the moment with a beautiful view of the Rio Grande. Can't beat the view of the mountains.

Lifelong airstream fan. and I appreciate this vid. Very good perspective and great info to ponder. It’s not just a little bit of money to look great towing the lesser equipped trailer on the highway— it’s a dang lot of extra money.

Bathroom 25'FC and 30'FC have the largest split bath in the line up. The twin bed arrangement is even better. I am 6' and 170 LBS and have no problems with the shower. The lack of power anything is the main attraction on the Flying Cloud. Less stuff to break, not work when you push the button, Etc. I do not need to run everything from my phone. K.I.S.S. We are on our second new AS and would not consider an SOB. Love our AS!

Good assessment. We have a 2019 Bambi Sport 22FB which has inspired 2 cross country adventures so far. Despite the popularity of Airstreams, surprisingly, I see very few on the road . I still get excited when I see other AS’s. It is a big financial commitment, but the overall product satisfaction propels the momentum to get out there with it as much as possible.

I’m in Florida setting one up as a guest unit. I picked an Airstream due to resistance to hurricanes, hopefully. I also added an outdoor shower, since we can use that all year.
Also, one twin bed is converted into a booth, the other one is a bed still. Then a futon sofa in the front living area. I love the lay out.

Fortunately there is an rv for everyone. An Airstream would not be a good fit for us but is right for others. What a great world we live in! Thanks for another fun video!

We had two other trailers before our Airstream. I can say I’ll never go back. We have the 23FB but we’re not full time. Our bathroom and shower is much larger which is surprising.

We pick up our new 28’ International RBT tomorrow from Airstream of Tampa. The 13 month wait is over! Main reason we opted for this model was the separate Lounge and Dinette. Didn’t want to deal with setting up and taking down of the table. We really enjoy your videos! Keep them coming please.

Interesting thing about storage - I have lots! Choose the unit best suited for you. My unit has been well thought out. Exterior - room for all the camp site essentials AND, interior, everything has a place. There is no need to have morning coffee in the rain - my table is great (while the other three campers sleep in their own space). Sofa is wonderful for curling up with a book! Last camp trip consisted of 3-cats, 1-dog, 3-young adults and one very active Mom AND all their luggage. Happy trails!

They look like very good quality. Expensive but they look well made. I dont know if i would ever go cheap on a rv again. These airstreams look like they would last for a lifetime if you took care of it.
