I work at Chipotle. Trust me, it's the managers and corporate. They even get on you for adding extra rice. Whenever I get "heavy handed" with the food, they put me on register. 😒

Also, if you want double or half and half, don't lead with that, lol. Ask for your meat and if you want double, ask after they add the first scoop. Same with half and half.

They're VERY particular with everything. As a worker, it's hard to be fair and realistic with the portions when management is constantly on your dick about it.

I feel bad for the workers. My cousin works at a chipotle and they get pressured from both sides. Once a customer angrily demanded for extra chicken without charge, so he gave it to him. The moment his shift ended, supervisor called him in and gave a warning.

The correct portion is 1 spoon full.
Normally if someone wants more without paying for extra we give a few pieces. Anymore we would be required to charge double meat. So yes the chipotle employee was following the policies of what their order is entitled to since you are paying for the amount in the product you would receive normally without being charged extra.

I actually worked at chipotle on the line. You’re only supposed to get 4oz and the spoons (at level) are exactly that. The guy got more than he was supposed to in the first scoop. It’s nobody’s fault you want double portions for regular price.
