It’s another beautiful day and today I’m going to share with you how I make CHIPOTLES STEAK QUESADILLAS at home and so much better! blender- Vitamix A3500
🛑 For any other recipe just type in Cooking Con Claudia, followed by the recipe name you trying to find, if I already made it it should appear as the first videos ☺️ if not, request it in the comments 😘
‼️you can leave steak as a whole and chop afterwards this is perfect when you marinade overnight, but since I was only leaving it to marinade for 1 hour, well it’s best to chop before and always remember to cut against grain to prevent chewy rough steak bites ☺️
Ingredients:
3 lbs beef steak I’m using flank but you can always use top round for a much cheaper alternative
1/4 cup olive or avocado oil
1/4 cup water
1/3 cup adobo sauce from chipotles
1 tsp ancho chili powder
1 1/2 tsp ground cumin
1 1/2 tsp garlic powder
1 1/2 tsp black pepper
Coarse salt I use 2 1/2 tsp
For our chipotle honey vinaigrette
1/4 cup water
1/4 cup red vinegar
3 tbsp adobo sauce from chipotles
2 tbsp honey
1 garlic clove
1 tsp oregano
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1/2 cup olive or avocado oil
For our quesadillas
4 bell peppers
1 large red inion
Queso Oaxaca
Flour tortillas
1 serving of love 💕
