Namaste! My name is Saumya.
This short, guided meditation contains a powerful Mantra for creating peace within. A mantra is a sacred sound, which when repeated, can help you connect with yourself and experience a state of deep bliss. Combining this with sounds form nature, this meditation creates a deeply relaxing experience for the meditator. The mantra used in this guided meditation is "OM Shanti".
I recommend doing this meditation first thing in the morning, and/or before you go to sleep. Try it for at least 21 days to start seeing noticeable changes in your inner life.
Chanting this Mantra will help you relax, experience bliss, let go off all your anxieties and worries, provide stress relief, and make you a happier person overall, if done consistently. This practice is suitable even for complete beginners.
