to be honest rhaenyra has every right to be acting the way she is. alicent snuck behind rhaenyra’s back to try and get with her dad and she succeeded. and well her dad chose to marry her best friend- so she has every right to be curt towards alicent, queen or not. alicent gives me serious cerscei vibes😭
she was a lot like her in the book. kinda waiting to see if they make her that way in the show as well. so far alicent was just a pawn in her dad’s game, and even though she had a choice whether to listen to her dad or not, she was forced into doing this so i guess it’s not completely her fault. she still shouldn’t try to act as if everything could go back to the way it used to be though, it’s naive of her to think rhaenyra would just forgive her.
