The second cracks you were filling in, the masons do on purpose. They’re called stress markers. It’s to relieve pressure so the concrete can expand snd contract without cracking and falling apart. The first crack was what the second was supposed to prevent. I’m not sure if these were in the same area, but…. Great to know there’s a product for those stress fissures.

I'm pretty sure you're supposed to widen the crack into a v shape and make sure it's very clean before applying your patch

Absolutely not! Grind the crack out used self leveling flexible concrete crack sealer polyurethane after about 30 minutes add sand and it's gone not gray

It looks like it has/had settlement issues you patched a crack and covered 2 joints that don’t make sense for original construction from what I can see probably access to fill void.
