Help me please. My chromebook asus is dead. The recovery mode fail. My screen turned black and usb is very hot. ( siempre hago lo de la usb sin problemas pero está vez no sirvió...que puedo hacer?). Thanks for you atention.

So what if after the recover reset the screen again show that Chrome os is missing or damaged

My chromebook says the OS is either damaged or missing. I used the repair/recovery tool which I downloaded to a usb. It looks like it is installing and repairing, but when it says I can remove the flash drive, it just goes back to the screen that says the OS is missing or damaged.
Can anybody tell me what's going on? What am I doing wrong?
