How to Factory Reset any Chromebook - Wipe Personal Data, Clear All Info

BACKGROUND: Here is a video with instructions about how to factory reset a Chromebook.

A: All local data, like your downloads, and background will be reset.

I'm a computer tech who never works on chromebooks. I was giving one who the client wants to give to a friend but, it has a password that the client forgot.
