Chromebooks: How to Delete / Uninstall Apps

I show you how to uninstall (remove / delete) apps on most Chromebooks. This should work on most Chromebooks.. Google, Samsung, HP, Acer, etc. Hope this helps.

Some apps only say pin to shelf or sort by - they have no uninstall option. This is for screencast, linux apps. Anybody know how to remove if it has no uninstall option when touching?
