You inspired me I am an LVN but I work in a clinic I would love to be trained in bedside looks like I have to go back to school because I work for Kaiser and they don’t hire bedside LVN nurses. Question does this work flow apply to LVNs also?

ER, Post Surgical Med Surg & Cardiac Med Surg. I’m so conflicted right now because I always imagined being an L&D nurse however where I live I need some more experience. I know ER is not for me but do you have any insight on what’s the difference between post Surgical Med/ Surg vs Cardiac Med Surg. They seem similar… I’m stressed😢
