Which Military Branch Should I Join?

This is the perfect video if you're asking yourself which military branch should I join. I try to illustrate each military branch as a car, and discuss what each of their missions are. I talk about quality of life for each military branch, and how tough their basic training's are. I know how tough it is when you’re doing research to figure out which branch is the best, or which one you should join.

Of course I'm in the Air Force, but I tried not being biased and kept the info pretty fair. Because I am human, I probably made mistakes, but I did my best to illustrate each branch as best I could. If you're trying to figure out which branch is just right for you, my channel has a ton of Air Force lifestyle and benefit information for you to do research before you join a military branch.

If your family is coming into town for your graduation, and need somewhere to stay, I have two Airbnb's which would be perfect for them. Make sure they ask about our discount.

Airbnb: The Chillton - 3 Bedroom/3 Bathroom

Airbnb: Ritz Bargain - 1 Bedroom/1 Bathroom

Got medically discharged from marine boot camp last year 2021 June 29th healed all the way and waited the 6 months…end up having to get a waiver and 3 months later getting it approved now today I swore into the Air Force and I leave for basic October 18th🫡

The Army honestly sounds like the most appealing branch imo. It's hard to beat good old fashioned boots on the ground

Marines is most definitely tough. My dad is a retired Marine. Much respect to him and everyone serving in the military. I ship soon for Navy.

One of my best friends was not school orientated at all and he just wrapped on a 25 year career in the USAF. He loved it.

I'm 26 and really I'm interested in either the Air Force or Army because at this point my life isn't progressing where I need to be and I'm starting to feel I'm going to be stuck doing warehouse jobs and wasting my life away. I'm a senior at a hbcu and I've completed one internship as a project coordinator and have another one lined up for information security but even then I still question is this what I'm supposed to be doing. Mainly because I lack structure and have no real direction really.

Fun fact about the Coast Guard is smaller than the NYPD. I heard the Air Force/Space Force you get treat treated better, in the Navy you can travel a lot, the Army is more of an icon and the most popular branch of the military, and the Marines are the most prestigious branch in the military, and the Coast Guard is more focused on law enforcement. I’m trying to decide what branch of the military I should join because I think all of them are cool

I had a good quality of life in the Air Force. Basic training was 6 weeks, only had room mates as en E1, and food was decent(think medicre cafteria food). You usually get better food when they send you overseas to a temporary assigmnt like Saudi Arabia. They move you from base to base on average every three years and the housing is actually pretty good if you have a family.

This was a wonderful video, Sir! My son is a Marine and my daughter is at AF BMT right now, so it was soooo interesting (and funny🤣) to hear your explanation of the branch differences.

I just ordered the Black Air Force shirt! I can’t wait to get it!! You’ve been a big inspiration to me and have helped me want to join the Air Force more, so thank you!

Hands down the Air Force!!! It’s very hard to upgrade because people love it so much they refuse to leave and give someone else a chance. They have over all better bases and the meaning of one Individual means so much for the rest of the Armed Forces especially when they are pinned down and the beloved 10 warthogs come and save the day. If your looking for action. Over all it’s a rule of thumb thumb The USAF special forces are usually first not to mention the Air Force has so many unknowns groups

Im trying all my chances, but due to my records it has been tough, at least I'm being honest up front with recruiters. My dad was a decorated Peruvian air force officer, you're motivating Jody

Was in the army 15 yrs ago and received med separation. Been researching on reenlisting into the air force cause I found out recently I'm still eligible at 33. And your videos have helped me alot with making an informed decision. Thank you so much! I only wish I went af first and never went army lol. In the process of talking to recruiters now wish me luck!

I think that people should also look into how each branch does their own PFA's physical fitness assessments. The options the AF has have been good like if someone doesnt like to do push ups they can substitute it with hand release push ups. All the other branches seem to test mostly in traditional push ups, planks and 1.5-2 mile runs
