Lowkey I found out THE MARINES allows women to have dreads and twist hairstyles. It's wild, but honestly with the hard work in boot, I don't think it would be worth joining over dreads...TEMPTING as it may be, not worth it, least not for me. Gurl I luv pink nails! In the civilian world sometimes we can’t dye our hair certain colors at my last job for a long time we couldn’t have our tattoos visible before covid a lot of those restrictions were gone. I saw so many folks at work dye their hair, uncover their tattoos and we could have piercings and makeup. The military offers way more benefits like you were saying when you go on leave you can do those things 💚

Definitely the U.S. Air Force.

Actually, with the exception of special operations forces jobs, security forces, and pilots, the Air Force should be exclusively female.

Honorable mention goes to the U.S. Army.

The Army is the best branch. The Army has more jobs, more schools, better promotion possibilities. The Army is more relaxed than other branches, I know an Airmen who had to wait 4 years to get an MOS I had to wait 3 months for and I am in the Army. We have the bigger branch so you are not under a microscope all the time.

As a 21, almost 22 year old woman, who has been thinking HEAVY about joining the military for a few months now since my mom passed in December and she was in the air force, I've been craving to get my long ass acrylics for years but haven't been able to due to my job as a professional car detailer at a dealership, not getting my nails done isn't a big deal at all for me. I wear my hair up often too due to not having ac and working hard af everyday (we dont have a car wash, we have power washers and brushes and stuff so we clean cars all by hand). I'm just concerned with my stretched ears and the fact Ive been shaving my eyebrows off and drawing them on for years since my natural brows are HELLA bushy, dark and grow hella low and legit make me look pissed all the time/like a cave woman. Those are my number one concerns. My mother raised me not to take no shit from men and be a bad boss ass bitch like she was so I still wanna join, my looks arent my number one concern. I want to fight for this country like my mother did and be a strong woman like she was.
