Lady Nancy Astor, a British politician, told Sir Winston Churchill that, if she were his wife, she would poison his tea. Sir Winston replied "Nancy, if I were your husband, I would drink it."

I think one thing that nobody said to us men is that we can be an elegant man without being afraid of coming across as a less of a man because of it. Also, showing confidence, character and strength and developing it to the fullest. Thanks for sharing it.

When eating, bring the food to your mouth, don’t ever lower your head to the fork or plate as shown in the video!

One of the most common misconceptions about this topic is that only a wealthy man can afford to be elegant/classy, when truth is that I've met 6-7 figure earners who lack manners and wear socks with sandals, and also have met 5 figure earners who happened to be quite refined gentlemen and viceversa. My conclusion: money abundance in itself is just a tool to project who someone really is.

Slowing down the conversation is one area where having a stutter has helped me - in order to keep my mouth and brain in sync, I have to intentionally think of what I want to say so I can coordinate the process... thanks, Antonio, appreciate you much!

Interesting video especially the topic about slowing down. I remember at one point of my younger life an elderly person tapped me on my shoulder and told me “young man you have to slow down”. That haunted me after that., and at one point I accepted and adapted., it literally changed my life’s perspective 90 degrees completely. Thanx for sharing that Antonio sometimes we need that somebody to pinpoint a better direction.. 🙏

Antonio. You're the man. Way to bring another high quality video and impart knowledge to the next generation. Because we know they need it 😏

Antonio, the way you slowed down your speech in this video had such an awesome vibe to it, your voice is so much better when you don't rush things.

I understand that this is the internet and people want information fast, but please, slow down a little, it makes the whole video better.

I remember that a teacher in highschool talked about the slowing down trick, but that's the only time I heard of it while growing up. Which is odd for such a good advice that will be useful for everyone to be ignored by all teaching etablishments.
I guess it goes into the same caterogy as doing our taxes, contemporary politics and mortgages for things that should be taught yet aren't (depending on where you live)

Love your clips. Most, for us older guys (mid 60's and older), a lot of it, is either common since and/or proper upbringing. Still great job.

A grteat insulting Winnie quote was his alleged banter with Bessie Braddock (famous female politician)..."Sir you are drunk." "Yes, I am drunk and you Bessie, are ugly. Tomorrow I shall be sober, but you will still be ugly." Lol.

Good Health, Happiness, and Continued Success.

Of all your tips, I find the slowing down especially when eating a really hard habit to brea and yes it is a military thing. I get it, I'm not in the Army anymore and I have the time to actually take my time the problem is it became a habit. Now I'm not even usually aware of just how fast I'm eating.

All great bits of advice. Spot-on. With those who are trying to trigger me, I adopt what I call the Dude philosophy or attitude, “Well, you know, that’s just like your opinion, man.” Helped me a lot.
For talking and presenting, I became a member of Toastmasters which helps with talking to groups including ways to present with confidence and avoiding the “um, err, like…” words.
