Why I Ditched the iPad Pro for the Mini (and regret nothing!)

Both the iPad Pro and the iPad Mini 6 are brilliant devices, but I believe the Mini is the way! Here are my thoughts after switching to the Mini.

Totally agree. I own a 12“ iPad Pro and the Mini and since I have the Mini, I never ever turned the Pro even on.

The mini is brilliant for travel! For side by side work, the mini plus an iphone works in a pinch, and with Continuity, copy paste between the two is instantaneous.

Not sure how I ended up on this side of YouTube, but I’m glad I did. I too have the larger iPad Pro and a mini 6 and find I use the mini more. I just cant bring myself to part with that 12.9 inch goodness even though it never leaves the house as well haha. This was a great and fun video.

I do miss the ProMotion and Face ID on my Pro 11” 2020. 😢

Its about preferences i think, i myself prefer the mini since its mini. So i can bring it anywhere here and there, but i wish it has 6gb ram version so we have more limitation for illustrators

The Mini seems like such a great device. Sometimes I regret not choosing it over my Remarkable.

I want the mini so bad, I’ve tested it 3 times but each time it ends up feeling too small/uncomfortable to take notes with. I wish there was a size between the mini and the air.

The mini can't be used comfortably with a physical keyboard. One of the best devices I've used that's great on the 'Go' is the Surface Go. Light, portable and does everything needed for a work device.

I don’t mind the size of my 11in pro my issue is the OS all the power isn’t being used. M1 M2 I wish it could dual boot into MacOS. Yet if Apple doesn’t do the pro software in iPadOS 17. I’m selling my pro for a mini.
