Thank you for everything Mr. Delauer. You make learning about all this so simple and straight forward. I just did a 3 day fast while working out and cardio each day last week and felt best ive ever felt since I was a kid. So much so that it made me rethink some things. I think imma do it again but this time escalate it even more with a full body Circuit each day w/ my 110lb barbell doing Squats, Bent over rows and OHP like 2-3 sets each AMRAPS. I'm 470ishlbs (official weigh in 20 days) I am also doing a single Kettlbell Swing AMRAP each day and this is day 11 and that single thing has changed my life. I can't express how amazing it is. I have ZERO back pain now when I walk. This was second day in a row my morning walk had ZERO back pain. God Bless you bro.

Thank you Thomas. I want to thank you for all the time, effort and knowledge you share with us to have more power over our health. You are part of the reason I finally made the choice 8 months ago, and still continue, to take control over what I put in my body. I also appreciate that you base your facts on evolving science.

Thank you so much for your work and videos. I dumped Whey protein years ago and it made such a difference. I now use pea protein and it has kept my body comp very good for a 60 yr. old woman. No polyester pants for me, for a while yet. Again, thank you for the great videos and sharing your knowledge.

Im a hard gainer. I'm 6'7" and 258lbs. I could not do it without whey protein. I simply do not have the stomach for it, pun intended. I never was a big eater. I typically have 4 shakes a day, between each meal and one post workout. Its the only thing that has ever worked for me.

Thank you Thomas. I don’t really consider whey protein a “supplement”. I do prefer isolate, but I still consider it a whole derived food from milk just like cheese, cream, or yogurt.

As soon as you started talking about how much more the % was for Whey vs Casein improvement, i instantly thought back to your videos about how it takes longer for Casein to go through the body, then you said that exact line of thinking 3 seconds later. its nice knowing i remember that stuff listening to you.

- I eat 2 meals a day, fast until noon, balanced diet, avoid bad foods, take supplements, exercise 3-4x a week and yet I have no assurance any of this will make me live long than if I didn’t go out of my way to do it. I had neighbors, (a husband and wife) who ate a traditional 3 meal diet and were moderately active throughout their life, playing golf and tennis also did their own yardwork and lived until their mid 90s, both of them . Did they both just luck out having good genes? Maybe but maybe not.

Notice how everyone in the comments has their own strategy that seems to work great? That's because ultimately it all works. So long as you provide your body with a well balanced diet it will do the rest. The only difference is making sure you're eating good that isn't contaminated with things your body does NOT need.

I'm not a body builder.I add whey protein to my yogurt just to get the amount of protein I need.

Thank you for the breakdown Thomas. I imagine, as a topic, it is a tricky tightrope to walk with things like whey or protein bars. On one side you have people struggling with proper nutrition habits who need to get whole foods front and center and on the other, people who have reached goals and are looking for the little edge with this sort of supplementation.

Which brand of EAA'S would you recommend? I tried checking online and there aren't too many ones that are clean out there.

I just stopped this month and did not order more after seeing the levels of lead. This lead in the product is very disconcerting. I bought 3 extra steaks and 18 eggs instead. I also eat a ton of Greek yogurt which has a lot of whey.

I've started taking hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides along with a shot of coconut oil in my morning coffee instead of protein powder. I also tried nutricost EAAs. Trying to find what works best for me, being type 2 diabetic makes it more difficult.
