my update doesnt work. when i put my headset on the base station the message telling me to put the headset on the base station stays there and doesnt do anything

A feature that needs to be added is changing the frequency channel. Some Wifi routers cannot change their wifi channels and thus interfere with the Astro headset and visa versa. My Astro flat out stops my wifi from reaching my basement. When I unplug it the wifi is fine.

I must be missing some steps here, After I plug everything in as shown in the video I get nothing that pops up, Further more there is no DownLoad button to push for the firmware, Feeling a little bit aggravated

So 1, 5 years ago i've spend around 2200 danish krone (360 dollars) on my Astro a50 gen 2 (thats a hell of a lot money) and then you guys decide to make a command center which is not compatible with the device i bought?!!

just bought Astro A50 Gen 3 12/25/18. downloaded command center and have the wires installed correctly but command center does not recognize the headset. what am i doing wrong? i would like to check the firmware and update if possible

the base station keeps turning off and back on by it self, returned it got new one worked good for couple of weeks then the same thing happened, searched online turns out I'm not the only one, fix this issue please, it costed me $300 what a turn off

wish they would make it where you don't half to unplug it from the console and plug it up to the computer every time you want to change the bass, etc. make an app for the ps4 to download like sony headsets...

Is it worth updating the firmware and messing with the astro command center? I just got my Astro a50 for the ps4 yesterday and I haven't updated anything since I keep hearing the issues with the update
